We're a small team — we typically respond within 2-3 business days. Urgent privacy / legal requests are prioritized and answered within one business day. For dictionary additions or bug reports, please include the specific word or steps to reproduce so we can act on it quickly.

Frequently-asked contact questions
Can I suggest a word that should be added or removed?
Yes — please use the form above with topic "Suggest a missing word." We can't add words that aren't in the TWL06 tournament dictionary (that decision belongs to the dictionary's official publishers), but we can audit our own index to make sure we're not silently excluding any valid entries.
Do you accept guest posts?
Generally no. We occasionally accept contributed essays from competitive players or word-game writers we know personally, but we don't accept unsolicited guest posts, paid placements, or "link-building" pitches. Those emails are deleted without reply.
What can't you help with?
We can't help you cheat in active tournaments, give legal advice, or settle binding disputes about whether a non-tournament word is real. We also can't transfer your Words with Friends save data, recover lost Scrabble app accounts, or contact Hasbro or Zynga on your behalf.
